Rent a bike at Tivoli Hotel
Bikes for different needs!
We have bikes for all ages: adult bikes, 'young adult' bikes (adult bikes with a slightly smaller frame), children's bikes in two sizes, and cargo bikes. We also have bikes with child seats for those traveling with very young children.
Here you can see the prices for bike rentals:
- Adult & children's bikes:
- Cargo bikes:
- Bike set (1 adult/children's bike & 1 cargo bike):
Please note that the prices are for a full day rental within the same day, meaning that the rental expires at midnight on the day you rent the bike.
How to reserve bikes
All bike rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we do not offer advance reservations. We have plenty of bikes, so just stop by and ask at our Concierge Desk on the day you wish to rent your bike. Especially during the summer, our bikes are very popular, so we recommend coming by to rent your bike after breakfast.
Experience Copenhagen on two wheels
Everyone cycles in Copenhagen!
Copenhagen is known for being one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world, making it ideal for visitors to experience the city on two wheels. The city offers well-developed bike lanes and a relaxed cycling culture, making it easy and safe to get around.
A great way to explore Copenhagen is by following some of the recommended bike routes. Find inspiration for routes that take you past the city's most iconic landmarks. For example, take a ride along the waterfront or through the charming neighborhood districts.
If you're not used to cycling in Copenhagen, here are some good tips to follow:
- Always wear a helmet
- Do not carry more people on the bike than allowed
- Stick to the bike lanes and keep to the right in the direction of traffic
- Use bike lights after sunset
- Raise your arm when stopping. Signal when turning right and left
- Be mindful of pedestrians and other cyclists
- Respect the traffic lights
