At Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, we offer all conceivable types of food for both large and small events. Our skilled chefs can help put together the perfect menu for your event.
Everything is served in our inviting restaurants and flexible venues, tailored to your wishes. You can choose to eat in the conference room you are using, in an adjoining room, in the foyer area in front of your plenary room, or in our Tivoli Brasserie restaurant.
Our professional staff know what it takes to deliver a total experience that exceeds your and your participants' expectations.
Our skilled head chef is happy to help tailor your own menu to match, for example, a theme or other content wishes. Or you can choose from our banquet menus.
If you have participants with food allergies or special dietary needs, we will, of course, adjust the catering for them!

Kitchen & climate
As part of the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, we work purposefully with initiatives that can reduce our climate footprint.
Among other things, we focus on reducing food waste, and our organic waste is collected for the production of biofuel and fertilizer.

At the same time, we must take care of the earth that provides us with so many delicious raw materials. We need to use the earth's resources wisely and focus on the imprint we leave, even when it comes to our eating habits. This demands effort from all of us.

The food system plays a significant role in climate, environment, and health. The UN's climate panel estimates that the global food system accounts for about 30% of total greenhouse gas emissions, making it a significant factor in climate change.
Particularly, food production contributes to greenhouse gas emissions, with the most significant impact coming from livestock – especially cattle and sheep.
An average citizen in Denmark consumes more than twice as many animal-based foods as the average global citizen. For Denmark to achieve our goal of reducing our CO2 footprint, we all need to take responsibility for what we eat.
A change in our habits – including reducing food waste, more locally produced food, and more greens on our plates – are important factors that help us achieve our goal.
